Need a Size Exchange?

Need to Cancel an Order?

Hassle Free Returns

What happens after I place my Order?
You will receive a confirmation email with the order you just placed. IF you did not receive an email from SNEAKER MATCH TEES please contact us to confirm that your order was received. You must provide us with a valid email to receive your confirmation. When Emailing us provide the FULL NAME on the order and we will assist you.
Once you have received order confirmation, your order is being processed and scheduled for shipping.
You will receive a SECOND email from us with your tracking information usually around the 11-14th Business day from when your order was placed, (if opted for 7-14 business days shipping). PLEASE allow 24-48hrs for your tracking number to update in the USPS system.
SHIPPING TIMES: 7-14 Business days: Note: ( Business days does not include weekends or Holidays) You will receive tracking info around the 11-14th business day, shipped via 2 day priority mail.
Expedited 5-7 Business days: You will receive tracking info around the 4-5th business day, shipped via 2 day priority mail.
If your order says PROCESSING, we have received your order and it is scheduled to ship.
Our shipping provider is USPS. All tracking numbers should be tracked on the USPS website. www.USPS.com/tracking
